Independent procurement coordination
Cnc Machining Center Sourcing
Cnc Machining Center Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for machining-center inquiries. We do not operate a machine-tool factory, keep warehouse inventory, or present supplier certificates as our own credentials. Manufacturing feasibility, installation quality and process validation remain with the named supplier and the buyer’s manufacturing team.
Buyer responsibilities
Our role is to restate the buyer’s workpiece, fixture and utility data into a brief that more than one factory can answer on the same rows. Suitability of a quoted envelope is not established by this website.

Buyer responsibilities: Upstream
Provide drawings or photos of the workpiece, fixture height, longest tool, material, quantity and destination. Include whether a rotary table or trunnion is already owned. Missing data stays listed as open rather than filled with a typical value from another job shop. Axis travels in millimetres, spindle speed in rpm, table load in kilograms and tool capacity as a count are useful RFQ columns when you already know them.
-
Control boundary
You own the decision to accept or reject a quote. We do not approve a catalog travel chart as proof that your fixture clears the spindle. The brief asks which collision method, units and warm-up routine the supplier will use on the buyer’s samples. Tool-change time in seconds is a reference parameter, not a finished-part cycle.

Downstream
Plant engineering owns utilities, foundation and chip-bin routing. The machine builder owns quoted feasibility. Your process team owns inspection of the first production features. After SAT, program and spare-parts ownership should be written; this desk does not store those assets.
